The Educational Garden Inclusive of the School
A wonderful concept that promotes learning, engagement and sustainability.
With a focus on teaching students about the environment, food systems, and agriculture, school gardens provide a unique opportunity to connect students to the natural world and foster a love of learning.
Our priorities

School education
Development of competencies is a vital aspect of personal and professional growth. It involves building a range of skills, knowledge, and abilities that enable individuals to excel in their roles and reach their full potential.

Horizontal
Inclusion and diversity are crucial values that should be fostered in all fields of education, training, youth, and sport. Embracing these principles means creating a welcoming environment for people of all backgrounds, abilities, cultures and beliefs.

Youth
Promoting active citizenship, young people’s sense of initiative and youth entrepreneurship, including social entrepreneurship, has become increasingly important in contemporary society.
“With EGIS we will build and enrich the practice of educational gardens by transforming them into outdoor classrooms where we can raise awareness among the new generations on the importance of inclusion, study, self-esteem and the environment, giving them the tools for a better life and sustainable and long-term job prospects.”
EGIS’s value
ABOUT US
What prompted us to present EGIS?
The project “The Educational Garden Inclusive of the School” (EGIS) aims to create an innovative and inclusive educational environment through the implementation of school gardens. This approach responds to the need to continually adapt to the changes of the modern world, offering functional stimuli for interdisciplinary knowledge, social equality and respect for the environment.

Our events

Our project thrives on transnational meetings! These gatherings bring our team members from different countries together. It's a chance to share knowledge, ideas, and expertise. By working side-by-side, we ensure everyone is on the same page and the project stays on track to achieve its goals.
Throughout the project, we'll be hosting events to share the innovative approaches and best practices we develop. This is your chance to learn from our experiences and get inspired! We'll also be promoting the amazing opportunities offered by Erasmus+, including the benefits for participants and how you can get involved in future projects.
